Swedish Massage
Swedish massage employs a combination of long flowing strokes and rhythmic tapping and vibration to relax and invigorate the body and mind. Swedish massage can shorten recovery time from muscular strain, improve circulation without increasing heart load, and help ligaments and tendons maintain their suppleness, stimulate the skin, and simultaneously stimulate and relax the nervous system.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep tissue massage is a combination of massage techniques that allows the therapist to go below the surface musculature, enabling the stimulation and relief of the deeper muscular layers. Deep tissue massage can also be used to break up scar tissue from old injuries.

Shiatsu is a centuries old form physical manipulation and acupressure that originated in Japan. Acupressure Massage

Yu Family Tui Na
Tui Na is one of the oldest therapeutic modalities in China, predating even acupuncture. Although it uses many of the same points and theories as acupuncture, it is generally preferred over acupuncture in China because it is capable of treating a wider range of conditions, and its results are typically more rapid.
The Yu family has been refining its form of Tui Na and herbal medicine for centuries, and Jia has been trained in the family practice since the age of 8.
